Reschedule/Cancelation Policy: Rescheduling and cancelations must be made 48 hours prior to service. This allows to have your spot filled with the appropriate amount of time. Anything less than 48 hours will be charged a 50% cancelation fee. Exceptions will be made. Communication is key! We are a team! I’m willing to work with you as long as you work with me! No-Show Policy: No-Shows will be charged 50% of the service. First time offenders, to rebook an appointment after a no-show, you will be required a 50% deposit at the time of booking that will go towards your next service. Second time offenders will no longer allow to rebook appointments without deposits every time. Third time offenders will no longer be allowed to rebook. Communication is key! Please reach out and let me know what’s going on. Emergencies happen, and we can discuss further future appointments! Cards ARE required to be entered into the system at booking. I will not, nor ever charge your card without your consent or knowledge. The only time your card is charged is at the end of your service, or if you no-show! Thank you all and see you soon!
